professional me in a nutshell | melanie veenstra, expert with more than 20 years of experience when it comes to people working in organizations, small and large, profit or not-for-profit, local or international. i love helping people rediscover their unique talents and their authenticity, to help them peak in work pleasure as well as performance. i am an advocate for transparent, clear and engaging people communication, be it during a process of organizational change or the launch of something new. my creative talents are often put to use to find unique solutions to old problems, develop talent development programs for junior or senior in work experience and create related learning content.
